The Rose girls are two of the most precious little ones I know and I'm thankful their mom and dad are such awesome friends! Happy first birthday girls! {After all, turning one is a pretty big deal.}

How sweet is a two-toothed (say that 10 times fast!) baby smile? LJ is one happy baby... and photogenic, no?

Nine months has to be one of my favorite ages to photograph - not quite year old portraits and not baby portraits -  right on the verge of walking, making lots of noises and funny!

If I was a nine year old boy this would be my dream birthday party! ABout 40 boys congregated at center field at the local high school football stadium and ran through a mini-combine earning points for the Aggies or Longhorns. The contest ended with a game of flag football and cake.

What an adventure these four were! I have to say, looking through the pictures when I got home was such fun!

I started of with these guys while Momma was soothing and dressing the baby ... they were "helping me check my camera". Cutie Pies.

Then we went straight into this. I think this is one of the most AWESOME pictures ever. EVER. In the whole world. Thankfully, their momma saw the humor in it too. You've got the instigator-turned-passive-observer, the comforter, and the one who finds amusement in his screaming sister.

Then we finally got on to sweet Talia and her precious smile!
