What to Wear - Fall 2011

With fall sessions in full swing, I thought it would be nice to put together a "What to Wear" guide.

Now, I am a champion shopper, internet or brick and mortar store, but I am not so much a champion style board putter together-er. The ladies and gentlemen who put these together have far greater talent than I ever will in this department.

Thankfully, a quick search on Pinterest, and a million fabulous style boards popped up. As sometimes happens with pinterest, I wasn't able to track down the original creators unless the photo was watermarked. Just know that these are NOT my original designs - but I thought they were perfect for Texas fall!

Remember when planning your family portrait sessions - the days of perfectly matched are OUT! Let your family's style shine through and choose colors and styles that coordinate. We're done with the days of white and denim!  Textures, layers, colors and accessories will help make your pictures dynamic and beautiful.

Here are some of my favorites I came across - I hope you are as inspired as I am!

Remember - cleavage and too tight is not a friend, stay coordinated but not matchy matchy, do NOT be afraid of print, and keep the "level" of outfit equal across the board (everyone looks like they are going to the same event!).
